As a Pastor in Charge of above Congregations of the North District in Mbulu Diocese I would like to greet you in the name of Jesus Christ.

The Pastor of the Congregation for your Respond to fund and assist our Parishes when we a cut off of the LMC Subsidy for operational budgets.

As that could need a close Relation I invite you to have a visit to the respective parishes and a District as whole this will enable to understand where and how your friend is living what is he/she doing under which circumstances, so that you could get a true picture and pray for that. It is better to see than to imagine or just a letter communication. So let us start to plan. As pastor in charge of the District I will prepare to host your stay in my District.

On 6^th October 2002 we had sanctification Ceremony of our elect Bishop Zebedayo Daudi and Assistant to Bishop Pastor Nicholaus Nsangazelu. We had various guest SEMI Synod, Norway Finland from President office and ELECT Bishop and different Religious people it was a very big occasion.

The District office is in Mbulu, it is working under Diocese office it assist the 5 mentioned congregations it has the sectary called Mr. Gilba M. Constantino. So please understand our District as part of the Diocese work in Mbulu.

May God bless you all and convey that message to your member and remained them always to do the God's work not only in America but also in Tanzania and in Mbulu Diocese.
