discern how to use this gift based on the following questions - in order of importance:
n What is God calling us to as a congregation?
n What are the most pressing needs in this congregation?
n How can the amount we have been given be used most effectively and efficiently?
Please be patient with, and prayerfully supportive of, your council representatives as they undertake this task of discernment, which will not be easy. It will be painful for them to have to choose some ideas and not others, and than an idea is not chosen does not mean it is not valued. Your council will act in the best of faith for God's sake, for the congregation's sake, and for the sake of our ministry together.

POG Seniors
On June 6th, We went to our Senior Picnic at Marlene and Dale Dawkin's home. Thank you so much to Marlene, Dale and their helpers for a wonderful time. On June 20th, We went to our Portofino Boat Cruise. We had a wonderful Buffet Lunch and cruise.
Hope everyone had a good time.
For the months of July and August, the senior group will not have any activities or bible study. Activities will resume in September.
